1.         Product Refund may be issued back to the customers in 3 to 5 working days.

2.         Refund Days will be considered from the product's delivery date.

3.         In case of a product broken or damaged an immediate exchange/return will be done.

4.         After the Customer Approves on the Returns, the Product will be initiated for Return and after Receiving the Product and also verifying the product received. The Refund Procedure will be initiated with the tallied Reverse shipping charges.

5.         Customers may notify us of any damage or defect In case of defective product supply/exchange which is ordered by mistake within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

6.       The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

7.       We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions

•           Wrong Product shipped by us.

•           The product received is defective.

•           In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by email at mahadev00137@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

•           No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
